I recently got this virus, I am currently in Safemode with Networking, It wont let me start up any programs except online like enet and mozilla. Even when i try to install a new antivir program it wont start anything up. please help me.. iphone unlock

I am using bsnl 500c home-plan.Im using FF,Chrome browsers but i cant access isohunt.com site.Then i tried Opera still its not opening how can i access this site plz help me.Im using zonealarm Pro &AVG free antivirus.I also have a problem with my IE i tried to install New IE8 b4 its version 6 now its not working when i open it it says "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. i have this program that pops up every 5 seconds and i cant find it in uninstall programs and searched the faqs for the website to uninstall it and found it but it didn't take me anywhere and im thinking it was a fake website.it tried to install something else and it wont let me and my back ground is gone. the program looks like a virus protection program. i think the program was a virus and i need some way to reset my computer, delete the virus, or something else. unlock iphone 3g

My anti virus for comodo internet security won't update. A reminder popped up saying it was out of date. So i tried to manually update it. it stops at 51% and says "failed to update the virus signature database. Please check your internet connection and try again later". not sure what it means since my internet is running just fine unlock iphone 3g
